Soak 250g Rajma overnight. Drain them to add 5 cups water & 2 tbsp of salt. Pressure cook to give a whistle on high flame & continue for 25 minutes on low flame. Heat 3tbsp oil in a nonstick pan to splutter a tbsp of cumin & 2 broken black cardamoms. Add 2 large finely chopped onions to fry them till medium brown. Add 2 tbsp of ground ginger garlic paste and cook on low heat for a minute. Add 2 large finely chopped tomatoes to continue cooking on medium heat till oil starts to separate. Add a tbsp of Greenz Coriander Powder, Greenz Mirch Powder & 2 tbsp of Greenz Rajma Masala. Add this masala to the boiled Rajma in the cooker and mix well. Give pressure on high heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander. Serve hot with steamed rice.
