Biryani Masala 50g
Salt, Cumin, Red Chilli, Coriander, Ginger, Sugar, Black Pepper, Mint Leaves, Bishop Seeds, Cardamom, Clove, Nutmeg, Mace, Fennel, Star Anise.
Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, add 1 glass basmati rice, 1 tbsp salt and cook till almost done, strain it into a bowl. Heat 2 tbsp desi ghee in another nonstick pan, add 800 g assorted vegetables (or chicken), 1/4th tbsp Turmeric powder, salt as per taste and sauté. Grind 1 tbsp each of ginger, garlic and onion.
Mix in the Vegetable or (Chicken) and cover to cook for 3-4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp Greenz Biryani Masala and mix well. Add 2 tbsp desi ghee & 1 tbsp Biryani taste maker to the boiled rice, mix & spread it over the Vegetable (or Chicken). Cover the pan and seal with dough.
Cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat. You can even keep the pan over a hot Tawa and cook till.
